Position Summary:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our security services directly to potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build trust with homeowners and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with residential and commercial prospects through door-to-door outreach.
- Present and explain company security services, including patrols, CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, and on-site guard services.
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of professional security and tailored solutions.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales using company CRM tools.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is an asset (door-to-door sales experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and have reliable transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $33,100.00-$80,000.00 per year
