We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. Duties
- Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.
- Build rapport with potential clients by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Negotiate terms of sale with customers while maintaining company standards and policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer engagement.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future sales initiatives.
- Maintain a positive attitude while facing challenges in the field, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus, along with an understanding of market dynamics.
- Strong inside sales experience is advantageous, as well as proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interactions.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
