Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and responsible DIY Craft Workshop Assistant / Instructor to join our team. This role involves both customer service and hands-on guidance, helping customers complete their craft projects while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable workshop experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store or workshop.
- Provide step-by-step guidance for DIY craft projects.
- Prepare, organize, and manage craft materials and tools.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and basic record-keeping.
Job Requirements
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in handicraft work or participation in hands-on projects at craft stores.
- Must have a relatively fixed weekly work schedule and be available for long-term, stable employment.
- Enthusiastic, cheerful, patient, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Friendly and attentive when assisting customers.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
- Creativity, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility are highly valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
