Overview:
We are seeking a part time (2-3 shifts per week, Sunday daytime availability is a MUST) dishwasher/prep hand to join our culinary team. The candidate will be responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen and light prep work.
Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety standards and procedures
- Ensure cleanliness of all dishes, cutlery, plate ware, etc
- Light prep work and plating of desserts
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen setting
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
