Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used in food preparation and service.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure they are functioning properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and equipment.
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.
- Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
- Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed, including food preparation and cleaning duties.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.

Pay: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
