Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.

- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste regularly.
- Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment in designated areas.
- Help with inventory management by notifying supervisors of low stock levels for dishwashing supplies.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cooks and other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during peak service times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
- Knowledge of basic food handling practices is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as necessary.
