Dishwasher Job Description – Anglers at Dolphins Resort
Job Summary:
Under the direction and supervision of management, the Dishwasher is responsible for daily maintenance of the dish area and associated duties. The Dishwasher leads by example, maintains company vision, sets the tone for a well-run and profitable professional kitchen. The Dishwasher reports to the Line Cooks and Station Chef.
Job Responsibilities:
Dishwashing
- Responsible for the washing and sanitation of ceramics, utensils, pots and pans and associated small wares
- Responsible for the organisation and storage of ceramics, utensils, pots and pans and associated small wares
- Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the dish machine, sinks and all other associated dishwashing equipment
- Responsible for the removal of garbage, recycling and compost to designated areas
- Responsible for the sweeping and mopping of all kitchen areas
Other
- Responsible to portray a professional attitude and mentor junior employees through best practices
- Responsible to assist in the training of new employees
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
