As a senior strategic communication professional, the Director, Communications will be working to articulate, advance and build support for the Company’s organizational goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will have significant demonstrated communication planning experience and superior writing and editing skills. You are a thoughtful collaborator and experienced team leader, effectively able to engage and work across diverse stakeholder groups, providing strategic communication advice and counsel to senior leadership, resulting in strong relationships, understanding and trust. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality work environment, where attention to detail is critical while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
You hold an undergraduate degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or equivalent and 10+ years of strategic communications experience working in a corporate or agency environment at a senior level with responsibilities including media relations, crisis and issues management, and social and digital content development. Bilingualism is an asset.
