What you’ll do:

• Assume responsibility for the Dining Room in the absence of the Dining Room Manager
• Check tables before seating, and during meals, to ensure proper service and presentation
• Ensure proper workflow in the Dining Room area and handle any concerns brought forward by Residents
• Other duties as required

What you bring:

• 5 Star Dining Room Training
• Two years’ experience as a Dining Room server in a retirement setting
• Proven ability to show leadership amongst peers
• Experience working with Mature Adults in a hospitality setting
• Good communication skills in English
• Some computer proficiency required
