TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Proficient in agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Familiar with Google Suite for collaboration and documentation
- Experience with technical ticketing and maintenance systems
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and other modern communication tools
YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE
- 3-5 years of experience managing technical or cross-functional teams in a digital environment
- Experience in digital product/platform development and management, particularly on large-scale business solutions
- Natural leader who can motivate teams and drive progress toward shared goals
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and skilled in stakeholder engagement
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of modern digital technologies, including web development, open-source platforms, and mobile apps
- Familiar with the broader digital ecosystem, including SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects—on time, on budget, and aligned with our quality standards
- Oversee the full project life cycle, from concept through to final launch, with a focus on cloud-based platforms and mobile apps
- Collaborate with stakeholders and our Lead Strategist to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and external stakeholders
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in collaboration with the development team
- Participate in and facilitate code reviews to ensure consistent quality
- Conduct thorough testing and launch processes to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- Use project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Google Suite) to track progress, manage workflows, and report on performance
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and external clients, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project
