ABOUT THE ROLE

3PointZero is seeking a skilled and motivated, full-time permanent Digital Project Manager to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta. You'll be instrumental in delivering innovative digital growth products and platforms for our valued clients.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Proficient in agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Familiar with Google Suite for collaboration and documentation
  • Experience with technical ticketing and maintenance systems
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and other modern communication tools

YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE

  • 3-5 years of experience managing technical or cross-functional teams in a digital environment
  • Experience in digital product/platform development and management, particularly on large-scale business solutions
  • Natural leader who can motivate teams and drive progress toward shared goals
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and skilled in stakeholder engagement
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of modern digital technologies, including web development, open-source platforms, and mobile apps
  • Familiar with the broader digital ecosystem, including SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects—on time, on budget, and aligned with our quality standards
  • Oversee the full project life cycle, from concept through to final launch, with a focus on cloud-based platforms and mobile apps
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and our Lead Strategist to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and external stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in collaboration with the development team
  • Participate in and facilitate code reviews to ensure consistent quality
  • Conduct thorough testing and launch processes to ensure optimal performance and user experience
  • Use project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Google Suite) to track progress, manage workflows, and report on performance
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and external clients, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project
