Role Summary:
We're looking for a Digital Marketer who gets results — someone who knows how to turn website visitors into paying customers and build a funnel that feeds bulk orders and long-term clients. You’ll work directly with our CEO and marketing team to lead our digital presence and drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search + Display)
- Optimize website content and landing pages for conversions
- Track and report on web traffic, conversions, and ROI metrics
- Collaborate with our Social Media Assistant and Videographer for cohesive campaigns
- Build and execute lead generation funnels (email drip campaigns, forms, follow-ups)
- Research and test growth marketing tools and strategies
You Should Have:
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing (SEO & Google Ads required)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Experience with Square and Inksoft is a plus
- Strong copywriting and basic design sense (Canva is fine)
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Bonus: Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
Pay:
$22–$35/hour depending on experience, skillset, and performance.
