The digital analytics consultant is responsible for building digital analytics that support our digital initiatives. Examples include analysis of Salesforce CRM performance (e.g. sales, service, and campaign interactions). There is “downstream work” (collecting and analysing the data). The purpose of the analysis is to help us deliver efficient, successful, CRM experience.
How you will create impact:
- Understand business requirements for CRM analytics (what needs to be profiled, what degree of detail, frequency etc).
- Create complicated queries and perform data analysis per business requirements.
- Present analysis to key stakeholders including digital product owners, legal and compliance.
- Help stakeholders understand the results and help determine resulting actions.
- Monitor the collection of data, build reports, dashboards etc.
- Design/stage/prepare data for analysis.
- Perform end to end ETL activities.
- Initiate and lead analytics discussion with digital stakeholders (project requirements, reporting etc).
- Work with digital team leads and developers on CRM data (e.g. Saleforce leads, opportunities, account management) etc.

To join our team:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in CRM system development and digital analytics experience (e.g. CRM Analytics).
- University degree or Completion of post-secondary technical diploma in Computer science.
- Requires strong SQL query and ETL experience (working level) for CRM development, reports and data migration.
- Requires analytics experience (working level is acceptable, but expert level is ideal). Experience with analytics tools required (e.g. CRM Analytics, Azure Data Studio, Power BI, MicroStrategy etc).
- Requires experience using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
