Job Posting: Design & Production Team Member
Custom Edge Finishing is a leader in luxury custom cabinetry and high-end millwork for multi-million-dollar homes, recognized for exceptional precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Design & Production Team. Key Responsibilities
- Review approved project packages and ensure all relevant project information is organized and accessible.
- Review Mark Out Packages ahead of scheduled site measures.
- Complete precise mark outs and upload site images.
- Create and manage detailed drawings in Mozaik, ensuring all parts, boxes & materials etc. are accurate.
- Ability to identify problematic design flaws upon drawing each project & problem solve as each challenge presents itself.
- Take part in Design Meetings & are able to communicate with builders, designers & home owners to identify & exceed their needs.
- Complete revisions based on client and project team feedback.
- Generate accurate Mozaik Cut Lists, Fronts/Drawer Lists for each project and maintain organized records.
- Provide support to the Shop Foreman in all aspects including but not limited to: Drawings, checking lists, working in production as part of the team to meet Production deadlines.
- Ability to assist in production as needed. CNC operation/programming experience not required but will be a large asset when considered for the position.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to a positive, solutions-focused workplace.
Qualifications & Skills
- Very experienced with custom cabinetry/millwork design with production processes an asset.
- Shop & Installation experience is required for this position.
- Experience with all different types of machinery, saws & hand tools is required for this position.
- Proficiency in Mozaik, SketchUp, and/or Vectric Aspire (Or other cabinetry software) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently.
- Clear communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic production environment.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
