- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Verify insurance information and process patient billing
- Sending predeterminations, and follow up with insurances.

- Proficiency in using dental office software such as ABELdent
- Knowledge of Dental terminology
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk
- Experience working in a dental office is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
