About the Role
We are seeking a Data Product Manager to lead our Data Domain, which encompasses the capture, publication, and interpretation of all quantitative and qualitative data across Zii Travel Technologies. This role is pivotal in shaping a user-centric, data-driven platform that supports both our core travel solutions and our evolving machine learning (ML) and AI initiatives.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver features that enable data-driven insights and innovation. You’ll play a key role in building and refining the foundational data layer that powers our products and helps our clients make smarter travel decisions.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and manage the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for all data-related initiatives at Zii Travel Technologies.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to integrate machine learning models and AI-driven features into Zii’s product offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Lead product discovery, delivery, iteration, and eventual sunsetting of features related to data capture, analytics, and insights.
- Maintain a well-prioritized backlog that balances technical debt, new feature development, and stakeholder needs.
- Advocate for a culture of data literacy and insight-driven decisions across the organization.
- Work closely with Engineering, Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align initiatives and ensure go-to-market readiness.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, privacy, and compliance.
- Stay current on trends in the corporate travel space and broader data and AI product management landscape.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focusing on data platforms or data products
- Proven experience supporting or managing ML and AI initiatives in a product context
- Proficient in Agile practices and continuous deployment environments
- Strong collaboration with software developers and technical stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions
- Comfortable balancing short-term priorities with long-term product vision
- Travel industry knowledge is a strong plus
