About the Position:
Reporting to the Business Solutions and Reporting Consultant, the Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting our operations through effective data management, dashboard development, and system administration.

About the Position:
Reporting to the Business Solutions and Reporting Consultant, the Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting our operations through effective data management, dashboard development, and system administration.

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into effective data visualizations
- Create and manage data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query (M) transformations
- Maintain data pipelines and data connections between Business Central, Excel, and Power BI
- Act as a primary administrator and technical support for Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Manage user access, security roles, and system configurations
- Support financial and operational teams with Business Central-related issues and data integrity
- Coordinate with external consultants for system upgrades or troubleshooting
- Analyze financial, operational, and customer data to provide insights that support business decision-making
- Monitor KPIs and create ad-hoc reports as needed
- Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
- Degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Business or Data Analyst role
- Knowledge of SQL is a requirement
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Strong skills in Excel, including PowerPivot and advanced formulas
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data clearly
- Admin experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central considered an asset
- Experience in financial reporting or accounting systems
- Exposure to ERP implementations or integrations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
