At Mjolnir Security, we’re not just about defending against threats—we’re about building robust cyber strategies and ensuring operational resilience for our clients. We are seeking a talented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team in Toronto. If you have a passion for cyber defense, a knack for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and the skills to craft effective strategies and response plans, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do (a.k.a. How You’ll Be a Hero Here)

  • Deliver cyber strategy and operational resilience engagements: Work directly with our clients to deliver GRC services including drafting policies, standards, and processes, advising clients on their TPRM programs, and establishing governance and risk management frameworks.
  • Enhance our clients Incident Response Preparedness: Develop, refine, and test Incident Response Plans (IRP), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), and support on the delivery of Tabletop Exercises (TTX)
  • Draft response for RFPs: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to create and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), showcasing our expertise and securing new business.
  • Be a knowledge sharer: Conduct security training and awareness sessions for clients to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity practices and threats.
  • Manage client projects efficiently: Coordinate across internal teams and with clients to deliver top-notch service on time, every time, while continuously improving our templates and documentation workflows.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Cyber Expertise: 3-4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a broad understanding of GRC, risk management, incident response, and operational resilience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent writing and editing abilities, with the capability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management tools.
  • Passion for Cybersecurity: A deep interest in cybersecurity, with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on the latest trends and threats.
  • Consulting experience is an asset

The Perks of Being on Team Mjolnir

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team: Work with some of the smartest minds in cybersecurity who are passionate about what they do.
  • Make a real impact: Be part of an innovative, fast-paced consultancy where your work directly contributes to the security and resilience of our clients.
  • Enjoy flexibility: Benefit from flexible work arrangements and a culture that values work-life balance.
  • Experience variety: No two days are the same—if you thrive on variety and creativity, this is the place for you!
