We are seeking a mature, reliable, and responsible individual to join our dynamic team at SHEEPSKIN LOFT! As a Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Educate and inform customers about the numerous benefits of Sheepskin and other wellness products.
- Keep customers updated on current promotions and events.
- Building strong relationships with customers to inspire loyalty.
- Recommending additional and complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
- Setting up eye-catching advertising displays and arranging merchandise for maximum visibility.
- Ensuring that customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Completing transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a professional store environment and effectively communicating inventory issues.
- Create engaging social media content, including posts and video reels, to promote products, events, and promotions.
On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are confident in educating our customers.

- Previous retail experience of at least 1 year would be considered an asset.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Knowledge and/or experience with social media marketing, including creating content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, is highly preferred
This is a permanent position, 30 - 36 hours a week with at least 3 Saturday shifts per month.
