Are you passionate about flowers and love helping people? We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

✅ Experience working with flowers or in a floral shop (preferred)
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ A positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Comfortable with phones, email, and basic order-entry systems
Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting customers with floral orders (in-store, by phone, and online)
- Helping with floral processing and light design tasks
- Managing order details with care and accuracy
- Supporting daily shop operations and ensuring customers leave happy
