Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
-Clean & Maintain locations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
-Cleaning experience a bonus
Must have flexible schedule and be available for on call shifts.
Must be able to work at both Richmond Hill & Dixie location
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
