Customer Service Representative – WeVape Sardis

At our Sardis location, we’re looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and help deliver the best in-store experience.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of WeVape Sardis. You’ll assist customers in finding the right products, provide education on vaping and accessories, ensure compliance with age verification laws, and maintain a clean and organized store.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Educate customers on product options, usage, and safety.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Verify customer age and ensure all sales comply with BC laws and regulations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, including merchandising and restocking shelves.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and stock counts.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
- Support store promotions, loyalty programs, and upselling opportunities.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health/safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 19 years of age (per provincial regulations).
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable handling cash and operating POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of vape products is an asset (training provided).

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
