We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in providing support and resolving issues related to deliveries. You will handle inquiries, track shipments, and assist with delivery-related concerns through clear and professional communication. Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding delivery status, procedures, and policies.
- Assist customers with order tracking and delivery-related issues.
- Analyze problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving delivery-related concerns.
- Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French are required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Language Requirement
- Fluency in French is a must for this role.

Pay: $2,981.00-$3,120.00 per month
