ABOUT THE ROLE
As a fast-growing and dynamic company, we are looking for someone to provide superior customer service and support different departments in administrative tasks. They will respond to client requests and provide them with information on the products and services offered by the company. This position is also responsible for accurate and prompt processing of customer orders and full order life cycle management: order processing, order management, order changes, cross collaboration required with sales team, and leading all order related communication to the customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with empathy and efficiency
- Manage customer accounts: process orders, handle returns, and update information
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues
- Stay updated in product knowledge
- Responsible for efficient and accurate order placement and timely communication regarding order changes to the customer.
- Verifies all shipping, billing, pricing, and purchase order information.
- Enters special instructions related to orders, customer requests and notes.
- Support to the Sales and Service teams;
- Support with different administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- CEGEP degree, equivalent or higher
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a customer service role
- A high level of spoken and written English is required, as the role mostly involves communication with clients outside of Quebec.
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent ability to listen and find solutions to customer requests
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have the capacity to problem solve, work independently, and consistently demonstrate strong listening, speaking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration.
- Skilled at working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment to prioritize heavy workload and multitasking.
