The Opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Saskatoon on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is key to maintaining and strengthening our connection with customers, distributors, and partners. As the first point of contact, you will play a central role in building relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the values of quality and care that A-R Perogies stands for.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Provide information on products, pricing, availability, and promotions.
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain up-to-date customer accounts, records, and order tracking systems.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment.
- Support wholesale and retail clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and reporting.
- Represent A-R Perogies at community events, tastings, or trade shows as needed.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with order management software is an asset.
