We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist with customer inquiries and coordinate with our factory engineers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product questions, order issues, and general support.
- Communicate with our engineers at the factory to resolve product-related inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Create shipping labels using an online system that will be sent to the warehouse for the parts to be picked and packed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Experience in customer service.
- French is a bonus
While this role is currently part-time, there is potential for growth within the company.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
