Key Responsibilities
Customer Care
- Assist with boosting low batteries, pumping low tires and locating vehicles
- Assist guests with the automated pay stations
- Respond to customer concerns in a professional manner and refer unresolved issues to a manager
- Assist with other duties as required
General Schedule
- Continental Shift: 3 mornings (0600-1430), 3 afternoons (1430-2300), 3 days off
You Provide
- The ability to work outdoors when required
- Previous customer service experience
- Superior communication skills
- Have a valid G class driver’s license
- Posses some computer experience
- Work well independently and under supervision
