About the role
We’re hiring a seasoned Customer Acquisition Manager to lead the charge on global growth. You’ll develop and execute paid media strategies that drive trials, leads, and revenue — supporting both SMB and enterprise B2B sales across new and existing markets.
You’ll oversee a full stack of acquisition channels, including SEM, paid social, display, programmatic, and brand ads. You’ll also contribute to our offline media strategy as we scale. With 10+ years of experience, you’ll bring strategic clarity, operational precision, and creative insight to every campaign.
What you'll do
- Lead planning and execution for the following acquisition channels: SEM, Display Media, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, etc.), Programmatic/Brand Advertising, and Offline Media campaigns as part of brand awareness
- Localize campaigns with multilingual support and segment by market size, language, and funnel stage
- Own creative briefs, targeting strategies, and landing page optimization in collaboration with content and product marketing
- Optimize performance across key KPIs: CPA, CAC, ROAS, CPM, AOV, Brand Awareness
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks (weekly, monthly, quarterly) using: GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and BigQuery
- Implement automations via Zapier and custom UTM tagging
- Continuously A/B test creatives, offers, audiences, and funnels
- Support new market entry strategy and campaigns
- Identify acquisition levers for increasing LTV and market share
- Collaborate with content, lifecycle, and community teams on cross-channel planning
- Provide insights into audience behaviour, segment health, and lead quality
Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years in growth or acquisition marketing with B2B focus
- Deep experience running paid campaigns globally across key digital and offline channels
- Strong data skills and ability to turn reporting into insight
- Experience building and managing custom audiences using CRM and behavioural data
- Comfortable working across languages, markets, and sales motions (SMB + enterprise)
- Experience supporting multiple market types: SMB, mid-market, enterprise
- Excellent communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and with international teams
Preferred
- Background in brand + performance hybrid campaigns
- Experience coordinating with field marketing, PR, or ABM teams
- Experience localizing campaigns across multilingual markets
- Bilingualism (e.g., English + Dutch/French/German/Spanish)

The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 90,000 CAD per year(Remote (Canada))
