Duties

- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism during all communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual candidates are encouraged).
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
