Wendy’s is looking to hire 2 full-time Crew Members to work at our restaurant for the following shifts:
- Midnight (Between the hours of 10pm-7am)
Duties & Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Shift Manager, the Crew Member will:
- Provide high-quality customer service to our guests by greeting them, taking orders, and processing payments
- Actively listen to customers, anticipate their needs, and resolve their concerns
- Prepare food and drinks to ensure customer orders are filled accurately
- Assemble customer orders and packaging by following protocols and customer requests
- Maintain the dining room by stocking condiments, discarding trash, and collecting trays
- Collaborate with others to manage take-out, delivery, and mobile orders
- Keep all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety of our guests, fellow Crew Members, and yourself
- Follow defined procedures: cleaning, food safety, cash, security
- Take the initiative to complete various tasks and help others without being asked
- Memorize the menu and make food and drink recommendations to customers
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate fluently in English is required*
- Ability to hear, see, and walk (with or without reasonable accommodation) is required*
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service skills: friendly, upbeat, and engaging
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

Working Conditions
- Required to work various shifts between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., as scheduled
- Exposure to high heat and hot oil from fryers and cooking equipment
- Exposure to cold temperatures when using the fridge or freezer
- Exposure to chemicals: required to complete safety training before use
