We are presently searching for our next great team member as a Country Store Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. If you can provide our guests with an amazing experience, combined with working as an energetic part of our resort, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)
- Create and maintain inventory levels dependent on the seasonal demand
- Increase profitability by reducing expenses and effectively managing margins
- Propose new products and revenue sources
- Train, mentor and lead store sales team
- Plan and create store employee schedules
- Regular inventory and audits of merchandise
- Ensure high levels of customer service
- Coordinate with all Manning Park departments as needed to ensure consistency in pricing ad messaging across the Resort
- Manage deliveries and restocking of product
- Create displays that help to promote sales
- Supervise and evaluate store staff
- Create a positive team environment by maintaining positive motivation within store staff
- Ability to multitask duties and requirements
- Other tasks as required
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- Previous store management and customer service experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to set sales goals for the store, make budget, and set workload priorities
- Responsible and self-motivated individual able to assess and prioritize necessary duties
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment as both an individual and team player
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
This is a year-round position with a minimum commitment of 1 Year.
