Sultan Ahmet Turkish Cuisine is one of the highest-rated Turkish restaurants in Canada, known for exceptional food and service. We're expanding our corporate catering services and looking for a results-driven sales rep to join our team.
Job Overview:
Your job is simple: Get us catering orders from businesses. You’ll target offices, banks, and corporate buildings—especially in Toronto’s financial district. If you’ve got hustle, charm, and experience in B2B or food industry sales, we want you.
What You’ll Do:
Generate new leads and convert them to catering clients
Visit businesses, drop off menus, arrange tastings
Follow up and build long-term client relationships
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
What You Need:
Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle (this is a mobile role)
Strong sales background (B2B, food, or catering experience is a bonus)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Additional languages are a strong asset, especially:
Arabic
Turkish
Farsi
Urdu
Greek, Hebrew, Armenian, or other Mediterranean languages
Great communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Able to work independently and on the move
Familiarity with Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
Compensation:
First 3 Months (Probation): 100% Commission
50% commission on new sales
20% commission on repeat orders
After 3 Months:
Base salary + reduced commission (based on performance)
