- Employee Engagement & Leadership: Work closely with employees to understand availability and needs. Meet supervisors before each game, attend pre-event planning meetings, and provide post-game reports to leadership.
- Retail Hiring & Training: Support recruitment and training of enthusiastic retail team members with a focus on customer service, sales, and loss prevention.
- Merchandising: Collaborate with retail leaders to implement merchandising plans at stores and kiosks. Maintain high visual standards and help design product layouts to optimize sales and traffic flow.
- E-Commerce & Internal Orders: Assist with TrueNorthShop.com by updating product listings, resolving customer service inquiries, and supporting order fulfillment. Manage internal purchase order requests and coordinate product movement across locations.
- Team Participation: Take part in inventory counts, weekly retail meetings, and bi-weekly planning sessions with the Sea Bears team.
- Perform other duties as required that align with the responsibilities of the role and the needs of the organization.
What we need from you:

- Proactive in anticipating problems and/or issues and providing superior customer service solutions.
- Results-oriented with excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a diverse and evolving environment, independently managing deadlines and corresponding workload.
- Solid understanding of database processes and retail software; proficient in PC tools, especially spreadsheets.
- Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation.
