About the role
We’re looking for a Coordinator, Operations, Large Loss Casualty to join our growing team!
What you'll do here:
- Oversee National Large Loss Assignment, including large complex losses and historical sexual abuse claims.
- Coordinate daily operations and participate in various ad hoc projects in support of the National Large Loss Claims Manager.
- Generate various performance and compliance reports.
- Ensure adequacy of Assignment Data for Corporate Large Loss Committee reporting requirements.
- Ensure offline claim management compliance.
- Support the Claims Manager and Regions on the Large Loss Alert Process.
- Administer and manage the National Large Loss Team SharePoint site
What you bring to the table:
- University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role
- A minimum of 2 years claims experience in Casualty
- Strong administrative background
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Can multitask and be organized
- Demonstrate autonomy and flexibility
- Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail
- Team-oriented and strong commitment
