About the role

We’re looking for a Coordinator, Operations, Large Loss Casualty to join our growing team!

What you'll do here:

  • Oversee National Large Loss Assignment, including large complex losses and historical sexual abuse claims.
  • Coordinate daily operations and participate in various ad hoc projects in support of the National Large Loss Claims Manager.
  • Generate various performance and compliance reports.
  • Ensure adequacy of Assignment Data for Corporate Large Loss Committee reporting requirements.
  • Ensure offline claim management compliance.
  • Support the Claims Manager and Regions on the Large Loss Alert Process.
  • Administer and manage the National Large Loss Team SharePoint site

What you bring to the table:

  • University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role
  • A minimum of 2 years claims experience in Casualty
  • Strong administrative background
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Can multitask and be organized
  • Demonstrate autonomy and flexibility
  • Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and strong commitment
