What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth and Development, the Consumer Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership of our Consumer Operations.

The Consumer Operations Manager will:

  • Lead Location Operations : Coach location team leaders to ensure effective store operations and achievement of financial goals, including sales, margins, expenses, and inventory management. Ability and willingness to be hands on, learning and understanding how we become more efficient in our workflows and processes. Take a lead role on our consumer logistics plan providing leadership and analysis on how to optimize and grow that aspect of our business

  • Financial Leadership : Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget, providing financial direction and training. Provide feed back and regular updates on our financial performance and business objectives To SR Dire.

  • Marketing and Merchandising : Monitor and provide feedback on our strategic marketing plan to increase market share, including managing local advertising and ensuring alignment with Riverbend initiatives. Lead efforts to improve merchandise buying, pricing, and inventory management.

  • Customer Experience Management : Collaborate with the Senior Director of Growth and Development and Marketing teams to demonstrate, oversee and our a Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategy. Ensure customer service standards are consistently met through training, evaluation, and corrective actions.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in leadership and:

  • Proven experience in leadership in consumer operations.

  • In-depth knowledge of food operations

  • Knowledge of QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) experience would be considered an asset.

  • Exceptional communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to drive change and innovation in workplace culture.

  • Exceptional organizational skills including managing time, multiple tasks, unquestionable business ethics and accurate documentation.
