Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to effectively manage construction activities.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality control throughout the construction process.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and reported accurately.
- Provide leadership and direction to the construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Min 5 years experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices.
- Experience using construction management softwares.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
