Job Summary

Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage accounts by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that enhance product visibility.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, enhancing customer engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales and marketing principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess market conditions and client needs.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
