- Soutenir les opérations de paie dans plusieurs régions en assurant la conformité, en résolvant les problèmes et en favorisant l’amélioration continue.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH, TI et paie régionales pour offrir des solutions cohérentes et efficaces.
- Contribuer à la transformation des processus de paie grâce à l’optimisation des systèmes et à une approche axée sur les données.

Rejoignez un leader mondial du secteur minier et des ressources naturelles en tant que Conseiller(ère) mondial – Systèmes de paie. Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez les opérations de paie dans plusieurs régions (APAC, Atlantique et EMEA), en assurant la conformité des systèmes, en résolvant les problèmes techniques et en contribuant à l’amélioration continue des processus. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif, en lien avec les équipes RH, TI et intelligence d’affaires.
Responsabilités
- Fournir un soutien technique aux équipes internes et externes de paie, y compris la gestion des cas complexes ou escaladés.
- Réaliser les tests utilisateurs (UAT) pour les systèmes RTBS, PeopleSoft et Khronos.
