We are a building management firm that specializes in exceptional customer service.
We are looking for someone who is eager to provide "concierge-style management" to our clients.
No experience is necessary for this position. We are looking for driven, people-focused individuals who have a strong attention to detail. Some building management, rental, or maintenance experience is an asset.

As a member of our team, your duties will be include, but not be limited to providing excellent customer service, communicating to clients, developing budgets, maintaining a calendar of monthly and annual task, attending, organizing and coordinating meetings.
Our candidate must have communication skills, strong computer skills, excellent writing skills, initiative and sense of ownership, good judgement, organization and a high level of professionalism.
Experience in logistics, customer service, building operations, or general administration are all assets, but not required.
