Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (April–October)
Salary: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day shift | Some overtime may be required
Pay Frequency: Biweekly
About Us:
Northern Sealants is a high-quality concrete sealing company serving Prince George. We specialize in sealing and protecting driveways, patios, and walkways. As we grow, we’re hiring a Concrete Sealing Technician to join our seasonal crew and represent our brand in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, pressure washing, and masking off surrounding areas
- Apply commercial-grade sealers using sprayers and rollers
- Perform prep and finish work with a level of detail similar to painting
- Drive to and from job sites, and maintain tools and equipment
- Go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods to speak with homeowners and offer our services
- Represent the company professionally and answer basic questions from potential clients
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking to homeowners
- Previous experience in painting, general labour, landscaping, or sales is a plus
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Willing to engage in door-to-door sales as part of daily duties (hourly pay only)
