Lucie Restaurant is a Fine dining French restaurant in the heart of the financial district. With a spectacular wine selection and elevated food this is an opportunity for those looking to immerse themselves into what will be one of the city’s/ best French restaurants.
At the helm is one of the city’s most renowned restauranteurs along with Michelin star experienced Executive chef Arnaud Bloquel.
The Commis will play a key role in supporting Section CDP’s along with the overall restaurants vision for high quality food and ensuring that it is delivered in a professional, safe and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Oversee all aspects of related to the production of the items delegated to the particular section of the kitchen
- Maintain the highest level of production standards and quality control
- Maintain equipment and ingredient inventory related to daily production
- Inspect deliveries, ensuring quality
- Work cooperatively with others contributing to a healthy work environment
- Understand and participate in maintaining Health & Safety standards
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar role
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility with work availability
- Energetic and positive attitude with a passion for food
- Able to follow spoken and written instructions
- Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and personal responsibility
- Physically able to work long shifts of your feet
