Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement underwriting policies for commercial insurance products
- Control underwriting risks and optimize business structure
- Lead and manage the underwriting team to improve business quality
- Collaborate with departments including sales, claims, and reinsurance to support strategic execution
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in commercial insurance underwriting
- Familiarity with Ontario’s insurance regulations and industry trends
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and team leadership skills
- RIBO, CRM, CIP certifications preferred

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
