Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent with experience in land development or commercial leasing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing exclusive properties and connecting with potential buyers. This is a commission-based role with significant earning potential for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours, and negotiations, and facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Utilize market knowledge to provide clients with strategic advice and insights.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and development opportunities in the Toronto area.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to support client decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
Training and Development:
- Participate in our comprehensive training programs to stay updated on industry best practices.
- Leverage provided leads and resources to expand your client base and close deals.
- Collaborate with our experienced team to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate License in Ontario and in Good Standing.
- Proven experience in commercial real estate, particularly in land development or commercial leasing.
- A strong network of contacts within the commercial real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
