We are looking to add to our client care team! If you are detail oriented and have a strong background in customer service we'd like to hear from you. The client care team manages the front desk and is the first point of contact for clients. This is a fast paced position that involves interacting with clients in various ways, professional communication skills are imperative. This position requires a lot of standing, and requires lifting and carrying large bags of pet food and pets in carriers.
Some duties include managing schedule for up to 3 doctors, manage wait list, answering phones, texts and emails , triaging, record keeping, financial transactions, filing, receiving orders, assist in maintenance of cleanliness of hospital.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
