Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of cleaning equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns from staff.
• Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled shifts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs and any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE OWN CAR TO TRAVEL TO MULTIPLE JOB SITES
• Morning shift availability required; must be flexible with scheduling.
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients positively.
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.
