Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a private clinic setting, focusing on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. You will play a key role in helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being through manual therapy, adjustments, and rehabilitative exercises.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' musculoskeletal health and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and health goals.
- Perform manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and other chiropractic techniques to improve patient outcomes.
- Provide guidance on posture, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitative exercises to support recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Stay informed on the latest research, techniques, and advancements in chiropractic care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice chiropractic care in Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of spinal health, biomechanics, and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Excellent manual therapy and adjustment skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively educate and engage patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinic setting.
Compensation & Hours
- Competitive pay: Split percentage based on experience
- Flexible schedule: 12 -32 hours per week, with opportunities to expand based on demand. Availability on weekends is appreciated.
