About the Role:
As our Examination Technician, you’ll play a vital role in each patient’s care journey. This is a full-time, permanent position combining clinical responsibilities with front desk and patient experience support. You’ll help create a seamless, caring experience—from the first exam and scan to assisting with care and communication along the way.

- Comfortable around babies and children (even when they’re noisy or wiggly!)
- Confident using technology and communicating with clarity and kindness
- Comfortable getting down on the floor and demonstrating Doctor prescribed exercises
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical / Exam Tech Duties:
- Guiding patients through initial exams and assessments
- Performing digital posture scans, weighting and measuring infants and children.
- Completing xray requisition documents and contacting clinics
- Documenting health histories and exam findings accurately
- Demonstrating simple, doctor-prescribed stretches and exercises
- Supporting case prep, follow-up assessments, and progress tracking
- Assisting with note taking and ensuring that all digital notes are complete and accurate
Front Desk / Patient Support Duties:
- Greeting and checking in patients with a personal, friendly touch
- Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and processing payments
- Helping patients on and off adjusting tables
- Engaging babies and young children while parents receive care
- Maintaining a clean, calm, and organized clinic space
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time: 35–38 hours/week
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Starting wage: From $20/hour
