We are a busy multi-disciplinary clinic offering Chiropractic Massage Therapy Physiotherapy and Acupuncture—and we are looking for a friendly organized and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join us.
This role is central to creating an exceptional patient experience. Whether you are welcoming someone at the front desk managing scheduling or supporting our practitioners your presence helps set the tone for a calm caring and efficient clinic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming professional atmosphere
- Managing intake forms direct billing and appointment scheduling
- Preparing treatment rooms and supporting provider flow
- Providing clear kind communication about services and next steps
- Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality
- Assisting with follow ups marketing tasks and general clinic operations
- Helping to keep the clinic space clean organized and running smoothly
Who You Are:
- Kind approachable and passionate about helping others
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Organized reliable and attentive to detail
- A strong communicator with a calm and friendly presence
- Open to learning about chiropractic massage physiotherapy and acupuncture
- Experience in customer service or a clinical setting is an asset but not required
