About the team:
We are a growing, dynamic, and diverse team dedicated to advancing AI innovation within a large organization that boasts a vast network of R&D centers worldwide. The Decision-Making and Reasoning (DMnR) team focuses on the innovations and applications of AI Agents, Embodied AI, reasoning-enhanced Large Language Models, and related technologies. Currently, we are developing Foundation Models for DMnR that can understand and execute human intentions through interactions with the physical world. Simultaneously, we are also preparing to align superintelligence with human interests.
About the Job:
Responsible for the development strategy, technical roadmap, and key technology direction in the fields of AI Agent, Embodied AI, Reasoning enhanced Large Language Models.
Lead and manage a team to develop state-of the-art AI solutions and collaborate with product groups to deploy them in real-world settings.
Conduct research and analysis on the latest developments and best practices.
Identify new and upcoming research areas by interacting with external and internal experts and bring insights to the company.
Effectively manage and allocate research budget and resources.
Publication, presentation, and contribution as a thought leader in the relative fields.
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate:
PhD degree in Computer Science or related fields with a focus on decision making and reasoning, or equivalent practical experience.
Publications in top tier AI conferences, such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, etc.
Deep understanding of fundamentals and state of the art techniques in foundation models for decision making and reasoning.
A track record of translating ideas into research prototypes quickly.
Working or collaboration experience at/with industry research labs or technology companies is an asset.
Experience in building large scale machine learning solutions for decision making, planning, reasoning, robotics or multi-agent systems is an asset.
Strong communication skills.
