Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team of dental professionals, working five days per week. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative, patient-focused environment that values growth, learning, and top-quality care.
Duties
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Prepare and organize instruments, materials, and equipment.
- Take and develop dental X-rays as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records using AbelDent or similar software.
- Ensure all rooms and tools are cleaned, sterilized, and compliant with infection control standards.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene.
- Provide exceptional patient service to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Certified Dental Assistant - Level 2 - with valid license. (Required)
- Experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with AbelDent software is a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.
