Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Circuit Training Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, along with the ability to inspire and educate clients in their fitness journey through fast-paced circuit workouts. As a Circuit Training Instructor, you will lead dynamic classes that combine cardio and strength training while engaging with participants and maintaining proper form and safety. Your enthusiasm and leadership skills will be essential in fostering a positive and engaging environment for all participants
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging circuit training classes that cater to various skill levels and interests.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness.
- provide motivation and support to clients throughout their fitness journey.
- maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their questions and concerns.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by adhering to class schedules and appointments.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation from all members.
Requirements
- Certification in Circuit Training or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience teaching circuit, HIIT, or bootcamp-style classes in a gym or studio setting.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (especially in French) are a plus.
- Experience in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to lead multi-level classes and adapt workouts to varying abilities.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage class schedules and individual training sessions.
